4.Do Factory reset
After that flash any rom which u like... /restore backup 

Note :- Use cwm or phillz touch...dont use twrp

Make Recovery rom backup also...

"Hi Guys, I have managed to edit the EBR1 and EBR2 files and I have increased Internal Storage to 6GB. This was an extremely difficult task and took me a very long time as I'm new to all of this. I really hope you guys appreciate this and please feel free to flash your phone as it is basically just re-partition it."

 Things you need.
1)A Rooted Phone
2)Recovery Mode
3)SP Flash Tools
Procedure: 
First make a backup pf existing ROM via recovery
Then open SP Flash and in Download mode select the Scatter file Present in the downloaded file below. It will automatically load EBR1 and EBR2. Make sure only those are ticked, like in the picture below.
Now hit the download button and connect your phone without the battery. After it flashes disconnect your phone from the computer, put the battery back in and start up the phone in recovery mode.
Once in CWM Recovery at the bottom of it you will see some error saying it cannot mount something. Do not worry. Restore factory settings, then wipe cache partition, then wipe dalvik cache. After this, restore your previous back up ROM and start up the phone.
You will now have 6GB Internal storage.

For those who using Windows 8 and above and have problem with SP Flash, it's because the driver cannot install properly. You will eed to follow this guide- http://q.gs/8tSDL

BUG-Don't shift apps to SD Card. I hope 6GB Internal is enough. This is the maximum. I tried 7GB but the app storage still showed 6.08GB, so this is the maximum.

PROCEDURE

 (install 2 files,connect device with usb debugging enabled in settings->developer option,if it shows during installation)

3.open sp flash tools(flashtools.exe),click load scatter and select downloaded one  (see picture)



4.Download ebr files: http://j.gs/6KIy and extract it
5.click on ebr1 and choose ebr1 from extracted folder (see pic)
6.do the same with ebr2
7.Make sure you checked(tick) the box only ebr1 and ebr2
8.click download in sp flash tools(DOWNLOAD HERE MEANS ONLY FLASHING)
9..now connect phone without battery (if it didnt detect try with battery)
9.there will be a progress bar at bottom ..if it doesnt start after sometime remove and reconnect usb cable or put battery in and try...any doubts  comment BEFORE DOING IT IT'S RISKY
10.After this go to recovery wipe factory reset and wipe dalvik cache then reboot:enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
