Requirements

¤ Slim7 ROM is meant for only OnePlus One. Please do not try on any other One variants.

¤ Your phone should have a custom recovery installed in order to install this Slim7 ROM on your phone.We will be using TWRP Recovery for this tutorial.

¤ This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.

¤ Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the Recovery Mode.

How to Install Android 7.1.2 Nougat Slim7 custom ROM for OnePlus One 

1. Download 7.1.2 Slim7 ROM and Google Apps for One Plus from the link below 

2. Connect and mount your OnePlus One USB memory to your computer using the USB cable.

3. Now copy/paste the downloaded 7.1.2 ROM zip and Google Apps zip files to your phone memory / SD card. Make sure the files are in the phone memory / SD card root (not in any folder).

4. Next,  turn OFF your phone and disconnect from the USB cable.

5. Now start your One Plus in Recovery Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power buttons together.

6 . Once you are in TWRP Recovery, perform a full data wipe by tapping on the ‘Wipe’ button. Then swipe on the “Swipe to Factory Reset” option at the bottom.

7. Now go back to the main menu and then tap on the ‘Install’ button. From the list, choose the ZIP file that you copied to your phone memory in Step 3.

8. Confirm installation on the next screen by swiping on the “Swipe to Confirm Flash” option. The installation procedure should start now.

9. Once the installation is completed, then you need to flash Google Apps. 

For Google Apps: Repeat the above steps from Step 7 to Step 9 for the Google Apps zip file as well and install it on your phone.

10. Tap on the “Wipe cache/dalvik” button if you get into any boot loops or other issues.

11. You can now reboot your phone by selecting the “Reboot System” button.

Your One Plus device will boot  and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time after flashing a new ROM. So, don't be scared. 

Once it switch on,  Your OnePlus One should now have 7.1.2 Slim7 Nougat custom ROM installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

This can be done by flashing  Nougat Firmware to your Huawei Mate 9 Smartphone.

Prerequisites:

Ensure you have ADB/Fastboot with appropriate drivers installed on your computer. Before proceeding, make sure your device is already running a C636 based firmware.

Steps to Update Huawei Mate 9 (MHA-L29) to Nougat 7.0 Beta B187 Firmware ( Asia Pacific)

1. Connect your phone to your computer through a USB cable and create a new folder HWOTA in its external microSD card.

2. Download the firmware files provided below, rename them as mentioned and copy them to the new HWOTA folder you created in the SD card.

3. Disconnect the USB cable and turn off your phone. Boot into fastboot/bootloader mode by reinserting the USB cable while simultaneously holding the Volume down key.

4. On your PC, download the Mate 9 updater tool and extract the HWOTA folder from it to your desktop.

5. Open the HWOTA folder on your desktop and execute the update.bat file as administrator.

6. A command window will open up and ask you to reboot your phone into fastboot mode – you’ve already done that so press Enter to proceed.

The tool will replace your phone’s recovery and then ask you to boot into TWRP mode.

7. Simply disconnect the USB cable and hold the power key to turn off. Then hold Volume up + Power simultaneously for a couple of seconds to reboot into TWRP.

8. Once you’re in TWRP, plug in the USB cable, wait for a few seconds and press the Enter key on your computer twice.

9. When asked to select the update source, type 1 and press Enter. Next, for update type selection, again type 1 and press the Enter button twice.

Your device should automatically restart and begin the update installation.

That’s it! Your Huawei Mate 9 (MHA-L29)should now have Android 7.0 Nougat B187 installed! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

How to Update OnePlus 3T to Nougat 7.0  OnePixel Custom ROM:

1. Download 7.0 OnePixel ROM for OnePlus 3T  from the link below to your computer.

2. Connect and mount your OnePlus 3T USB memory to your computer using the USB cable.

3. Now copy/paste the downloaded 7.0 ROM zip file to your phone memory / SD card. Make sure the file is in the phone memory / SD card root (not in any folder).

5. Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Down + Power buttons together.
