One of the major downside to many Android phones and ROMS is that they don't include multi-window except Samsung devices, but now you can get multi-window on your very own Android device. If possible try to get a AOSP ROM for your phone for best results.

You get an app called XMultiWindow that allows you to manage which apps you want to be enabled for multi-window. After that just enable multi-window and you're good to go! You can easily manage two apps side by side in both portrait or landscape mode! 

How to get multi-window on Android
Note:
You must be rooted!
This method may not work with every Android device, it mainly depends if your on an AOSP ROM or not!

1. Download Xposed Installer and XMultiWindow APKS to your phone from the links below.

2. Install Xposed Installer and grant SuperSU permission. Remember you need to be rooted!

3. Install XMultiWindow and then activate it within the Xposed app.

4. Open up the XMultiWindow app, set it up, and start multitasking!

1. Make sure your Galaxy Note 3 is rooted. If not, follow this guide.

2. Download NOTE3-MI5-DEODEXED-HOTSPOT-MOD.zip if your running on a custom ROM or NOTE3-MI5-ODEXED-HOTSPOT-MOD.zip if your on stock Touchwiz ROM using the links below.

3. Transfer the zip file to your phone.

4. Enter into recovery mode. Power off your phone. Press the volume up, home button and power button all at the same time. Once your phone vibrates ONLY let go of your power button.

5. Now follow the installation steps below depending on if you have CWM (ClockworkMod) or TWRP Recovery. 

CWM (ClockworkMod): Go to "Install zip from SD card" > "Choose zip from SD card" > locate and select the transferred zip file > choose "Yes". Go back and reboot your phone.

TWRP: Go to "Install" > located and select the transferred zip file > slide your finger to install it. Once complete reboot your phone.

6. Your Galaxy Note 3 is now enabled and you can go into settings and turn on WiFi hotspot without getting charged!

Using the method down below you will be able to get free WiFi tether for the SM-N900A AT&T and SM-N900V Verizon Galaxy Note 3 all without rooting your phone! 

Follow the guide below to get free WiFi tether for the Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900A AT&T and SM-N900V Galaxy Note 3. 

1. Go into Settings > More Settings > Mobile Hotpot. Select Mobile Hotspot without turning it on!
