Vision X ROM for the Galaxy S4 GT-i9505, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Canadian variants isn't a customizable ROM, but the main attraction is the look of the Touchwiz based ROM. From the lockscreen to apps are themed with a dark blue and white look. 

The lockscreen has a blue unlock effect and a blue smoke effect. When you enter into the phone you can see some apps are themed with a blue/white scheme. Toggles, settings, stock keyboard and other apps are fully themed with this look.

This ROM also has all the bloatware removed and keeps your phone lag free, especially during the process of opening and closing apps. Try out this ROM if you want to get rid of lag from your Galaxy S4 and want a blue/white theme!

How to Root Galaxy Note 3!

This guide will show you how to root the Galaxy Note 3. This will work for the Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005, SM-N900 Octa-core, SM-N900T T-Mobile, SM-N900P Sprint, SM-N900W8 Canadian, and SM-N900S Korean. 

Rooting your Galaxy Note 3 gives you a lot of benefits like removing bloatware, using root apps like Titanium Backup, and even installing custom ROMS to help give you exclusive features and significantly speed up your phone! 

Use this guide below to root the Galaxy Note 3!

1. Enter your phone into "Download Mode". Power off your phone then press the volume down, home button and power button at the same time. When the phone vibrates ONLY let go of the power button. 

2. You should now see "Warning". Press the volume up button to continue. 

3. Plug in your phone via microUSB and the other end to your Windows computer. 

4. Download Samsung USB drivers, SuperSU, and Odin.

5. Install Samsung USB drivers.

6. Download ClockworkMod or TWRP recovery using the link below.

7. Go into the Odin folder and open "Odin3 v.1.85" application. 

8. Make sure that a yellow bar shows up the on the left side of Odin. And only "Auto-Reboot" and "F. Reset Time" is checked marked! 

9. Then select "PDA" and locate the ClockworkMod/TWRP Recovery tar file that you downloaded in step 6.

10. Select "Start" and in a few seconds Odin should say "Pass" and your phone will reboot. 

11. Once your phone reboots transfer "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.65.zip" to your phone. 

12. Power off your phone. Press the volume up, home button and power button 
all at the same time. Once your phone vibrates ONLY let go of your power button.

13. You should now be in ClockworkMod/TWRP mode.

14. Select "install zip from sdcard" for ClockworkMod and "Install" for TWRP.

15. Then "choose zip from sdcard" > "0/" for ClockworkMod. TWRP users skip this step.

16. Locate and choose "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.65.zip" and select Yes or slide your finger. 

17. Once the installation is done go back and reboot your phone.

18. You now have ClockworkMod or TWRP Recovery installed on your Galaxy Note 3!

To confirm that the root was succesful install an app from the Play Store like Titanium Backup and if you get SuperSU request you are rooted! 

FAQ:
Q: Odin shows a blue box instead of a yellow box.
A: That's fine if it shows a blue or yellow box, the rooting method will still work. 

Q: I am still on stock recovery. In step 13 I don't have the same options you mention. 
A: Looks like ClockworkMod/TWRP Recovery didn't stick. Start over from step 8.

Q: The yellow box doesn't show up. 
A: Make sure you installed Samsung USB drivers (step 4), entered into Download Mode (step 1), and also change the USB port of your cable.

How to Root LG G2! T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon/Canadian

This guide will show you how to root the LG G2 for any variant including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Bell, Telus, and Rogers variants. This process will only take a few minutes in total and is fairly easy to do, so you don't really need to be tech savy.

Follow these steps to root your LG G2!

1. Go into Settings > General > About phone > Software information > Tap on Build Number for about 10 times until you get a small box text that says "You are now a developer". 

2. Go back into the main general tab and select "Developer options". Now turn on Developer Options and check mark "USB debugging". Make sure your phone is unplugged or that option will be grayed out!

3. Download and install LG G2 drivers on your computer using the link below:

3. Plug in your phone via microUSB to your phone and the USB side to your computer. 

5. Download and extract ioroot10.zip onto your computer using the link below

6. Open the extracted folder and run "root.bat". 

7. During the process the program will ask you to unplug the USB cable, turn off USB debugging, turn on USB debugging, and plug your phone back into the computer. Do it when prompted! Then press enter to continue. 

8. Now the program will let you know that it is going to install SuperUser, press any key to accept and continue. 

9. You are now done! Your LG G2 is fully rooted. To confirm that your G2 is rooted install an app like Titanium Backup and if you get SuperUser request you are!

With Edge: Quick Actions app you can easily multitask by just using the side of your screen! Easily access your recent apps, toggles: data, WiFi, bluetooth, and sound, home, pop up app drawer, play/pause, and next.

This app is especially useful for people who don't have big hands, but have a big phone like the Note 3 and don't want to use 2 hands to access the top or the bottom of the phone, instead they can just hold down the edge of the screen!

One downside to this app is that a lot of the customization options that you can do with this is only allowed if your purchase the $2 paid app, which isnt too bad. Customization like change the toggle types, background color, and activation side. Even though those features required the paid version this app is still fully functional!

The name says it all, Slim Bean ROM for the Galaxy Nexus GSM, Verizon, and Sprint variants is a slim ROM that gives you more space for your movies, music, games, etc, while still giving all the benefits of a custom ROM! 

Slim Bean is only 100MB large giving you a TON of space. This ROM comes with Nova Launcher, icons are small allowing you to put more apps on the same page, profiles (default, home, night, etc), and a new feature I haven't seen in any other ROM called widgets viewpaper. 

With widgets viewpaper you can easily launch any widget at the bottom of the screen using the widget viewpaper navigation button. Useful if you like to check your twitter feed, weather, etc without having to go to the homescreen!

CyanogenMod cLock Widget for Android! (Chronus)

If you ever tried out the ROM, CyanogenMod then you know it comes with the widget cLock, a pretty clean, easy to use, clock, alarm, and weather widget that you can add on your homescreen and lockscreen.

Now the same developer who created cLock has created a widget call Chronus that is the exact same as cLock, but is available free in the Play Store for anyone to use. This widget is one of my favorite widgets, because it's not too fancy and makes your screen look very clean!

Using Chronus you can select options between the clock, weather, alarm, and calendar. Within those settings you can modify the bold text, change the color of the text (my favorite), and do some other neat things, while still making the widget clean and sleek!

Jedi Academy ROM for Samsung Galaxy S3 T-Mobile and AT&T offers a little bit of Galaxy S4, Sony Xperia, and Galaxy S3 mixed into one ROM. Let's start off with the Galaxy S4 themed apps.

This ROM comes with a couple of apps that are themed to the Galaxy S4, but seem to be themed white. Apps like contracts, messaging, and settings are all themed to have a white Galaxy S4 look. You also get Galaxy S4 video app too! 

Jedi Academy also gives you a little bit of Sony Xperia with the movies and music app from Sony's flashship phones to the Galaxy S3. This ROM also gives you quite a bit of few wallpapers, about 40 HD wallpapers from you to choose from!
