XtreStoLite ROM for Galaxy S5! Debloated & Light

Check Out the Video Below!

XtreStoLite ROM for Galaxy S5 G900T, G900F, G900I, G900M, G900W8, G900L, G900S, and G900H is a very debloated light Touchwiz ROM. As usual we always get useless apps, add ons, and widgets from Samsung that we never end up using. We may end up using it once in a while when you want to impress your friends, but never on a daily basis.

Luckily for us, XtreStoLite ROM is a light weight ROM that removes all the useless features and leaves the essentials. If there are any features that you really need you can easily install it from the Play Store.

Junk like KNOX, a whole bunch of Samsung apps, and a sizeable amount of widgets all leave this ROM at around only 500mb. Touchwiz ROMS are usually around 1.3-1.5GB, that's a SOLID amount of storage you're getting back!

Download XtreStoLite ROM for Galaxy S5 using the links below!

Safestrap Recovery for AT&T/Verizon Galaxy S5!

It wasn't too long ago that both the AT&T and Verizon Galaxy S5s got root access, however there wasn't a way to install any custom ROMS since there wasn't a custom recovery for the locked bootloader Galaxy S5s, not until now. We finally have Safestrap recovery for the AT&T Galaxy S5 SM-G900A and Verizon Galaxy S5 SM-G900V.

With Safestrap recovery it creates virtual partitions that allows you to install custom ROMS, perform Nandroid backups/restores, and pretty much anything else ClockworkMod and TWRP recovery allow you to do!

Another bonus to Safestrap recovery is that it allows you to boot into multiple custom ROMS with the use of virtual partitions. This allows you to switch between a couple of ROMS whenever you feel like it!

Follow the guide below to install Safestrap recovery for AT&T Galaxy S5 SM-G900A and Verizon Galaxy S5 SM-G900V!

Requirements:
  • You must be rooted, if your not follow this very easy root guide.
  • Have Busybox installed on your Galaxy S5, if you don't install it from the Play Store. Also open up the app and grant Superuser request.
  • Have external SD card in your Galaxy S5.
  • Uninstall Xposed Framework if you have it installed (you can install it back after the Safestrap recovery process).
1. Go into Settings > Security > and check mark "Unknown sources".

2. Download the Safestrap recovery to your phone using the link below.
Download the correct one for your phone!!

3. Locate the APK file using a file manager app (it will be located in the phone's "Download" folder if you downloaded it directly to your phone).

4. Tap on the APK file and select "Install", then choose "Open".

5. It will ask you to grant Superuser request. Select "Grant".

6. A disclaimer will pop up, tap on "Agree".

7. Lastly, tap on "Install Recovery" and it will install Safestrap recovery on your AT&T/Verizon Galaxy S5.

You're done! You can tap on "Reboot into Recovery" to enter into Safestrap recovery. You will notice that this recovery is very similar to TWRP recovery.

Note: I HIGHLY recommend you choose "Backup" to perform a Nandroid backup before you go any further so if something ever goes wrong you can restore your phone from the latest backed up version.

FAQ:
Q: Will this trip KNOX?
A: Nope, this will NOT trip KNOX.

Q: How do I enter into Safestrap recovery manually?
A: Reboot your phone and a splash screen will allow you to enter into "RECOVERY" or to "CONTINUE".

Get Galaxy S5 One Hand Operation On Any Android Device!

Check out the video below!

One of the new feature that is included in the Galaxy S5 is the One Handed Operation, that makes the Galaxy S5 screen smaller so that you can reach the entire screen while only using one hand. Each year phone screens keep getting bigger and this feature is a great solution for the times when you just don't have both of your hands available.

Now you can get this feature on any Android device using an Xposed MOD called One-Handed Mode. This MOD essentially does the same thing, but also allows you to choose how big or small you want the screen to be.

This MOD allows you choose the top, bottom, left, and right margins to get it to fit just perfectly when you're operating your phone with just one hand. After punching in the margin numbers you just tap on "Apply" and you're good to go! You can now reach all corners of the screen with just one hand!

How to install One-Handed Mode on any Android device:
Requirements:
1. Download OneHandedMode_1.9.apk directly to your Android device using the link below.
Download OneHandedMode_1.9.apk

2. Open up a file manager app and locate/select OneHandedMode_1.9.apk.

3. Once installed open up Xposed Installer app and enable One-Handed Mode.

4. Reboot and you're good to go! You can now use your phone with just one hand with ease!

Alliance ROM for Galaxy S5! SM-G900F/SM-900I/SM-G900T

Check out the video below!

Alliance ROM for the Galaxy S5 SM-G900F, SM-900I, SM-G900T, SM-G900W8, and other Qualcomm Galaxy S5 based devices. This ROM is based off of Touchwiz, but help improves the experience and customization of the Galaxy S5.

Under "AllianceROM" located within the settings app is where all the customization happens. You have options like "Colors" where you can change the colors of text, battery, notification, really just about anything. One of my more favorite features was List Animation. It gives you a wide variety of list animation types to choose from!

Another neat feature that I liked was that you can view your CPU usage right within your notification panel, it's pretty neat! You also got Tw Home Mods that allow you to modify the Touchwiz launcher. You can do things like adding effects all the way to adding a theme to it!
